And while I'm here.. Damn! If I'd know Bob Newhart was in Designing Wo..errr... Conniving Cow..Desperate Housewares,that's it. I would have watched. Now I don't bother to watch for the sexy women I've heard are on it (I'm a guy), but I would for Bob.
HOW THE HELL OLD AM I ??? Sorry Mr Newhart sir, but it's kind of a scary thought. Still love your shows, and ER was stunning. I hardly ever watch that anymore. How about wrangling a guest shot on "Boston Legal" ? I somehow think Bob Newhart vs William Shatner would be fun. You could be the old friend/nemesis who calmy tacks into the Blusterphoon that is Denny Crane. After he is very active in a scene/scenes, you calmy turn up your cards Full House him, always getting the upper hand. Maybe it looks like you're not, but he keeps admiting to people that you're the only guy he's ever worried about facing, because you've always done that. But through the show, people keep saying "See, he's nothing special", but at the very end, the little twist that changes everything. I think with the right chemistry, there could be one character like that on that show, now and again. But not like go big over him, just reveal that you had the hand. His Phil Hellmuth against your.. Ivey maybe ?
Sorry to write so long, but it's a pleasure to say Howdy to someone who's brought me so much pleasure. I've been prone to Major Depression at times in life, and comedies, including yours, the Beverly Hillbillies, and such, I used to dose my self with like Medicine. Sincere Thanks.
